What You'll Own

• Resolution of Tier 1 operational issues, ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction every time
• Coordination with Finance and Logistics teams to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks
• Ownership of the day-to-day product support workflow, from initial report to final resolution
• Proactive identification of recurring issues and implementation of preventive measures

What You Bring

• Proven experience in product support, operations coordination, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills to bridge gaps between departments
• Analytical mindset with a knack for process improvement
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with logistics and finance basics is a plus
