Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Expert SAP Technical professional to join our People & Technology team in Muscat, Oman. This role is critical to the Corporate IDS function, driving SAP system excellence and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP technical implementations, upgrades, and support projects
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP modules to meet business requirements
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex SAP issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and process flows
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with corporate policies
• Mentor junior SAP team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on SAP technical experience
• Deep expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP
• Proven experience in SAP system integration, data migration, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• SAP certification is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and debugging
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Cloud Platform
• Understanding of ITIL framework and change management processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
