Role Overview
This position involves managing the full procurement lifecycle for a IT equipment tender issued by Helpcode in Tunisia. The specialist will oversee the acquisition of computer hardware, software licenses, and office equipment through a formal bidding process, ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and publish tender documents including technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define precise IT infrastructure requirements
- Manage the bid evaluation process including technical and financial assessment of vendor proposals
- Conduct vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements
- Ensure adherence to public procurement regulations in Tunisia and organizational compliance standards
- Supervise equipment delivery, installation, testing, and final acceptance
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and audit trails for transparency
Requirements
