Role Overview

As a PMO Intern, you will support the Project Management Office in driving key initiatives, with a strong focus on integrating AI automation into project workflows. You will gain hands-on experience in project planning, data analysis, process optimization, and the deployment of intelligent tools to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and dashboards.
• Support the adoption and implementation of AI-driven automation tools to streamline PMO processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct research on emerging AI and project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and AI/automation technologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning, or robotic process automation (RPA).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Previous internship or academic project experience in PMO or automation.
