Role Overview

Hikma Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in high-quality medicines for over 45 years, is seeking a dedicated Officer, QA to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. In this full-time role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards, supporting our mission to put better health within reach every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products.
• Review and approve batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality documentation.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company standards.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain and improve quality systems.
• Participate in internal and external audits, preparing reports and tracking findings to closure.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ICH, and FDA/EMA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and electronic document management.
• Certification in quality auditing (e.g., ASQ CQA).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
