What You'll Own

• Overseeing and coordinating daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards in an industrial animal nutrition environment
• Managing production schedules, workflows, and team coordination on the floor
• Monitoring raw material usage, minimizing waste, and optimizing efficiency
• Reporting production metrics and flagging issues before they escalate
• Collaborating with quality control and logistics to keep the pipeline moving

• Hands-on experience in production or industrial operations — ideally in food, feed, or manufacturing
• The ability to lead a team without needing a microphone
