Role Overview

Join our team as a Consultant Adviser Accounting Monitoring professional, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Core Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Supervise and optimize the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Bookkeeping Service: Maintain precise financial records, reconcile ledgers, and prepare monthly statements to support strategic decision-making.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, payment collection, and aging reports to minimize delinquency and improve cash flow.
• Accounts Payable: Oversee vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and expense validation to maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Payroll Taxes: Ensure accurate calculation, withholding, and filing of payroll taxes in compliance with local regulations.
• Order Entry & Invoice Data: Enter and verify sales orders, generate invoices, and maintain data integrity within the accounting system.
• Financial Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and variance analyses to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting monitoring, bookkeeping, or financial advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
• Experience with order entry systems and invoice data management.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Bahraini tax laws and accounting standards.
