Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering events, from initial planning to final execution
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver high-quality food and service
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, event coordination, or hospitality management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Proficiency in event management software is a plus
