Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Lifestyle Bartender to join our team in Burlington. This role goes beyond mixing drinks; we aim to craft memorable and unique experiences for our guests. As a Lifestyle Bartender, you will be the face of our bar, delivering exceptional service and innovative cocktail creations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create food and beverage pairings that enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is preferred.
