Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor plays a vital role in multi-disciplinary construction projects, managing all aspects of cost estimation, measurement, and financial reporting. This position ensures that tender documents, project submissions, and contract documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantification and measurement of works across multi-disciplinary construction projects
• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
• Ensure all submissions and contract documentation comply with project specifications and regulations
• Conduct cost analysis and provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders
• Assess variations, claims, and changes to contracts, providing accurate cost impact assessments
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective delivery
• Monitor project budgets and provide the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles
• Proficiency in measurement software and industry-standard QS tools
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
