About the Role
We are seeking an Application Expert to join our team in Morocco, focusing on large-scale projects in the laundry and WT (Water Treatment) sectors. This role is pivotal in driving project follow-up, developing existing customer relationships, and harmonizing our product portfolio to meet market demands. The Application Expert serves as the technical authority, ensuring that solutions are delivered with precision, consistency, and maximum value to our clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and follow up on major projects within the laundry and water treatment (WT) industries across Morocco.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for portfolio harmonization and cross-selling.
- Provide technical expertise and application knowledge to support customers in optimizing their operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer specifications.
- Conduct site assessments, technical presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to laundry and WT applications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Support the sales and service teams with in-depth application know-how to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in laundry and water treatment sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in technical application or field engineering, preferably within laundry, water treatment, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of laundry processes, water treatment technologies, and associated equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both French and Arabic is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Morocco as project needs dictate.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with industrial laundry systems, chemical dosing, or membrane-based water treatment technologies.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and product harmonization strategies.
- Background in B2B customer development and account management.
- Knowledge of Moroccan industrial standards and regulatory frameworks for water and chemical applications.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
