Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, managing inquiries, building relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within Italian-speaking markets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including supply chain, engineering, and product management to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management on a regular basis.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively adjust sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential for this position.
• Strong command of English and/or French for internal communication and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.

• Previous experience in the electronics distribution or technology sector.
