Who We're Looking For

You don't just model in Revit — you transform raw, complex point cloud data from 3D scans into precise, intelligent BIM models. You're the kind of professional who sees a dense scan file and immediately understands how to turn it into a clean, usable digital representation. STGE is looking for a BIM Modeler/Modeler based in Tunis who lives and breathes Revit and specializes in point cloud processing.

What You'll Own

• Import, process, and manipulate point cloud files from 3D laser scanners within Revit
• Develop accurate 3D BIM models directly from scan data
• Ensure model precision, cleanliness, and compliance with project standards
• Collaborate with project teams to translate scan data into actionable architectural and structural models
• Maintain quality control throughout the modeling pipeline

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Revit, exclusively focused on point cloud file handling and processing
• Deep proficiency in Revit's point cloud integration tools and workflows
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail when converting scan data into parametric models
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-accuracy models on deadline
