Head of Programme – Leading Humanitarian Impact Across Tunisia للعمل في ادارة تونس

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC), one of the world's leading humanitarian NGOs, is seeking a highly qualified Head of Programme to drive strategic programming and operational excellence in Tunisia.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of DRC's country programme strategy in Tunisia
• Report to and work closely with senior leadership to align programme goals with organizational priorities
• Oversee programme quality, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and international standards
• Manage and mentor programme staff to build local capacity and technical expertise
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, UN agencies, and partner organizations
• Drive fundraising efforts through proposal development and donor engagement

Key Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level experience in humanitarian programme management
• Proven track record in strategic planning, donor relations, and multi-sector programming
• Strong leadership and team management skills in complex operational environments
• Deep understanding of the displacement and refugee context in the MENA region
• Excellent analytical, communication, and representation abilities
