About the Role

A company specializing in the wholesale distribution of parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products, based in Dergana, is recruiting a Chargé des Achats (Purchasing Officer) to manage and optimize the procurement of goods within the parapharmaceutical and cosmetics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and issue purchase orders to approved suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.
• Familiarity with the parapharmaceutical or cosmetics industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in office tools and procurement software.
