What You'll Own

• Lead and drive change management strategies across the Detj Plant operations, ensuring smooth transitions in processes, technology, and organizational structure
• Design and implement change frameworks that align with DRAEXLMAIER's commitment to cutting-edge automotive interior and wiring harness systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and manage the human side of transformation
• Develop communication plans that secure buy-in from stakeholders at every level of the organization
• Monitor change adoption metrics, report on progress, and continuously refine approaches for maximum impact
• Serve as the central point of accountability for all change-related initiatives within the plant

What You Bring

• Proven experience in change management, ideally within automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to vehicle interiors and wiring harness systems
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — you can speak to engineers and executives with equal clarity
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure change effectiveness through data-driven KPIs
• Fluency in navigating multicultural, multilingual manufacturing environments
