Role Overview

Join Technopolis in Rabat as a Business Analyst, where you will play a key role in designing and implementing the applications and information systems required to support services, particularly within the framework of a 5G MVNO project. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for application development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement information systems supporting 5G MVNO services
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed system changes
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical development teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
• Support user acceptance testing and system validation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• Knowledge of 5G technology and MVNO operations is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and project management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
• Experience working on large-scale telecommunications projects
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL
• Experience with UML, BPMN, or other modeling techniques
• Multilingual abilities (French, English, Arabic) are an asset
