About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and accurately
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-through
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and multi-platform communication tools
