Role Overview

We are hiring an F&B Service Expert for the Masa role, based in Qatar. This position focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences that go beyond standard table service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level food and beverage service in line with brand and operational standards.
• Engage guests with menu knowledge, recommendations, and personalized service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth flow and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
• Support upselling initiatives and contribute to overall guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service sequences, and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining service quality.
• Professional appearance and punctuality with flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
