As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be the backbone of the company's revenue collection process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Monitor and manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle from invoice generation to payment collection.
- Issue accurate and timely invoices, credit notes, and debit notes to customers in line with company policies.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or disputes with clients promptly.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and escalate delinquent balances to management.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and formal correspondence to ensure timely settlement of outstanding dues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, billing, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ERP system or accounting software, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing detailed AR reports and supporting documentation to the finance manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar finance/accounting role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
