What You'll Own

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management frameworks across operations
• Lead internal audits, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans with cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPIs and quality dashboards, translating data into actionable improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations to embed quality at every stage
• Manage supplier and vendor quality evaluations to maintain end-to-end standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality management within a senior or associate-level capacity
• Strong command of QA methodologies: ISO standards, Six Sigma, statistical process control, or equivalent frameworks
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive evidence-based decisions
• Excellent communication skills — you can present findings to executives and coach operators on the floor with equal clarity
