Role Overview

Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first-hand about a hotel's Food & Beverage operations, gaining practical experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in daily Food & Beverage service operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas.
• Support the F&B team in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Learn about menu planning, inventory management, and cost control procedures.
• Participate in training sessions on food safety, hygiene, and hospitality best practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless meal experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship or work experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
