You thrive in complexity, translating massive log volumes into actionable intelligence, and you refuse to let noise drown out signal. This role is built for the engineer who treats security architecture as a craft, not a checklist.

What You'll Own

• Design, deploy, and tune SIEM solutions across large-scale enterprise environments
• Develop correlation rules, use cases, and dashboards that reduce mean time to detect and respond
• Integrate diverse log sources — cloud, on-prem, identity, network, endpoint — into a unified visibility layer
• Lead incident response enrichment through automated playbooks and contextual analytics
• Collaborate with SOC, cloud, and infrastructure teams to close coverage gaps
• Continuously optimize parsing, normalization, and retention strategies for performance and cost

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience architecting and implementing SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, or equivalent) in enterprise settings
• Deep understanding of log taxonomy, data models, and parsing at scale
• Proficiency in query languages (SPL, KQL, AQL) and rule development for threat detection
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK mapping and detection engineering methodologies
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation and API integration
• Proven ability to communicate technical risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
