What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Spa & Recreation Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Deep understanding of wellness trends, spa treatments, and recreational facility management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and revenue forecasting.
• Commitment to delivering personalized guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
