GE Vernova is seeking a Sales Specialist Trainee to join its team in Morocco, focusing on Air and Gas Insulated Substations (AIS and GIS) order intake, margin, and cash within the Middle East region. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in high-voltage substation sales, working closely with industry leaders to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive order intake and revenue targets for AIS and GIS products in the Moroccan market
• Manage margin and cash flow for assigned substation projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Support the preparation of bids, contracts, and negotiations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or industrial sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Morocco and occasionally internationally
