What You'll Own

• Audit Delivery: Plan and execute audits covering treasury, financial markets, and risk management functions, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and business line leaders to communicate audit findings and influence change.
• Continuous Monitoring: Stay ahead of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to keep the audit approach relevant.
• Reporting: Prepare clear, concise audit reports that articulate issues, root causes, and remediation plans.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven track record in internal audit, ideally with a focus on treasury, financial markets, or risk management within a financial institution.
• Certifications: Professional audit or risk-related certifications (CIA, CPA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent) are highly valued.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of treasury products, derivatives, foreign exchange, interest rate risk, and credit risk frameworks.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to dissect complex processes, identify control weaknesses, and communicate findings with precision.
