About the Role

Join Decathlon as a part-time Sports Customer Advisor (M/F) and become the voice of our brand within our call center. You will assist customers in achieving their sports goals by addressing their needs across all our platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Help customers select the right sports equipment and apparel for their activities
• Resolve inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns efficiently
• Promote Decathlon's products, services, and membership programs
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver personalized recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Passion for sports and a strong understanding of athletic needs
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer service experience in a retail or contact center environment
• Ability to multitask and use digital tools effectively
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Decathlon products and brand values
• Experience in a similar role within the sports industry
• Knowledge of multiple sports disciplines
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
