Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for articulating complex security concepts, including data protection and data loss prevention, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior business leaders. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling security solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to qualify opportunities and create technical proposals.
• Design and present customized security architectures that address client requirements.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate and timely information.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to validate solution effectiveness.
• Provide technical support during negotiations and contract closures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT security, with at least 2 years in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and identity management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate security, data protection, and data loss prevention concepts to senior business leaders.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with leading security vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Symantec, CrowdStrike).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
