Role Overview

Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain. As a University Intern in Food & Beverage, you will learn first-hand about the operations of a luxury hotel, gaining invaluable experience in the hospitality industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food and beverage operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of outlets and events.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Learn and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your understanding of luxury hospitality.
• Contribute to inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role is a plus.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software.
