Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the All Day Dining venue, ensuring seamless service delivery from breakfast through dinner.
- Supervise and mentor a diverse team of food and beverage associates, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor guest satisfaction in real time, resolving concerns promptly and personalizing experiences to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain menu integrity, presentation standards, and dietary accommodation protocols.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and local municipality requirements.
- Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity and engagement.
- Support promotional events, themed dining experiences, and revenue-generating initiatives in alignment with hotel marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service sequences, beverage programs, and point-of-sale systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop multicultural teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Previous experience with luxury brand standards (e.g., Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental).
- Familiarity with micros opera, POS systems, and inventory management software.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in pre-opening or outlet relaunch projects.
