What You'll Own

• Production Performance: Lead and optimize production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Process Excellence: Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive efficiency gains across all production lines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every product meets Eaton's rigorous standards for reliability and sustainability.
• Resource Management: Manage production schedules, inventory, and resources to maximize output and minimize waste.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: Several years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in energy or industrial sectors.
• Leadership DNA: A track record of building and leading teams that outperform expectations.
• Lean & Six Sigma Expertise: Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions and solve complex operational problems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
