About the Role

We are seeking a professional and highly skilled Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional bodywork services at our wellness facility in Kuwait City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy, excellent manual techniques, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and aromatherapy.
• Assess clients’ needs and physical conditions through consultation and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Manage treatment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
• Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching, and wellness practices.
• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
• Collaborate with spa management to promote packages and membership programs.

Requirements

• Certification: Valid diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple massage techniques, knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and strong customer service orientation.
• Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Kuwait residency and be eligible to work as a massage therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hot stone, prenatal, or lymphatic drainage massage.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with booking software and retail sales.
• Background in fitness or physical therapy is a plus.
