As a French-speaking professional, you will bridge the gap between client needs and product capabilities, ensuring seamless adoption and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design tailored technical solutions for clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations in French and English.
• Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance.
• Gather client feedback to influence product roadmap and improvements.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for end-users.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI and recruitment technology ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Morocco with reliable internet access.
