Key Responsibilities

- Process guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and walk-ins
- Handle retail product sales and inventory tracking, offering knowledgeable recommendations on skincare and wellness merchandise
- Coordinate with therapy team to ensure seamless guest transitions and communicate special requests or preferences
- Maintain accurate guest profiles in reservation systems, recording treatment history, preferences, and allergy information
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reconciliation with attention to detail

Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Hotel Front Desk Agent, or similar guest-facing role in luxury hospitality
