Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus and drink lists, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve cocktails, beverages, and bar snacks efficiently while following standard service sequences and brand standards.
- Keep the bar area, high-top tables, and surrounding seating clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Handle guest requests, dietary preferences, and special occasions with professionalism and discretion.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with the barback and kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full drink menu, promotions, and daily specials to make personalized recommendations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as the hotel's standard operating procedures at all times.
Requirements
