Role Overview

We are hiring Night Auditors to join a hotel team in Bahrain. This role is responsible for performing end-of-day financial audits, reconciling transactions, and preparing accurate overnight reports. The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality or finance and can work independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily night audit procedures including revenue reconciliation and transaction verification
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports and occupancy summaries
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room charges during overnight hours
• Monitor and verify all financial transactions across hotel departments
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and report issues to management
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for accurate room status updates
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints during the night shift

Requirements

• Relevant experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in handling guest and team interactions
• Ability to work in a dynamic hotel environment during overnight hours
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
