We are currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our 100% remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers — specifically German-speaking property management companies who rely on our platform for their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support via email, chat, and phone to German-speaking clients
- Assist property management companies with troubleshooting, onboarding, and product inquiries
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Identify recurring customer pain points and escalate feedback to the product and development teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through professional and empathetic communication
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German (native or C2 level) — both written and spoken
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with reliable internet access
- Familiarity with property management or real estate software is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar)
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and technology products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) clients
