Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (أخصائي/أخصائية تخاطب) to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Diagnose speech disorders including articulation, fluency, voice, and resonance issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Provide therapy for language delays, stuttering, aphasia, and other communication disorders.
• Work with patients experiencing swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, psychologists, and educators.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
• Educate and guide families and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
• Valid license or certification in speech therapy (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development across all age groups.
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized therapy plans.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
