Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Rooms Division team with daily operational tasks, including front desk support, housekeeping coordination, and guest relations.
- Learn and apply The Ritz-Carlton Standards of service excellence in all guest interactions.
- Support the guest experience journey from check-in to check-out, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services.
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and development workshops provided by hotel leadership.
- Observe and assist in room inventory management, reservation handling, and guest request fulfillment.
- Contribute ideas for service improvement and guest experience enhancement as part of the internship learning program.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management, tourism, or related degree program at a recognized university.
- Genuine passion for the luxury hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations or previous internship experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a world-class luxury hotel environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or hotel software.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage in serving an international guest base.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
