About the Role

As a Recreation Attendant at The Art Hotel & Resort, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable and engaging recreational experience. You will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and facilitating a variety of recreational activities and facilities, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and resort atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise recreational activities and programs for guests of all ages
• Monitor and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Assist guests with activity sign-ups, equipment usage, and general inquiries
• Enforce safety rules and regulations within all recreational areas
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, fun environment
• Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces and activity areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting
• Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid is an advantage
• Positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
