What You'll Own

• End-to-end system analysis for Java-based applications, from requirements gathering to deployment support
• Designing technical specifications that align with business goals and user needs
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable
• Conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for production issues
• Documenting system architecture, workflows, and integration points

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Java (Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks) and object-oriented design
• Experience in system analysis, requirements engineering, and solution design
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and API integration
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Omani nationality with a valid family book (required for this role)
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a structured environment
