• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships to ensure availability
• Track and report key maintenance metrics, driving data-informed improvements
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and optimize line performance

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a senior coordinator or supervisor in production equipment maintenance
• Deep technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation
