Core Responsibilities

• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, special preferences, and concerns.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and security protocols to maintain a pristine environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams to coordinate room readiness and guest arrivals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a guestroom attendant, housekeeper, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
