About the Role

KalSoft Oman is looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, modernization, and implementation of large-scale enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical for driving the technology strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals in the Omani market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the design and governance of large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Drive digital modernization and transformation projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural coherence and integration.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks to support business objectives.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments for new initiatives.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles.
• Skills: Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and large-scale platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Oman's business and technology landscape is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the Middle East market, especially Oman.
• Background in enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or integration middleware.
