About the Role

Join the dynamic team at Brasero Atlantico as an F&B Service Expert (Waiter). In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences that go beyond simply serving food. You will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make personalized recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns immediately.
• Process payments, handle cash, and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work station at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after shifts.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Certification: Food handling or hospitality certification is preferred.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fine dining or international cuisine setting.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage pairing.
• Strong upselling abilities and a guest-centric attitude.
