Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Restaurant Reservation Agent to join our Food and Beverage & Culinary team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless reservation experience that aligns with our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Optimize seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity while maintaining guest comfort
• Accurately record special requests, dietary restrictions, and celebration details
• Coordinate with the host and service teams to ensure smooth table turnover
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and waitlist management with professionalism
• Upsell special dining experiences and promotional packages when appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, events, and restaurant policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or reservation role in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, or similar systems)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus)

Work Environment & Schedule

This role is based in a luxury restaurant setting within the hospitality industry. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager or Maître d'.
