What You'll Own

• Lead the strategic planning, design, and governance of the enterprise network and security architecture within the Digital & Technology Unit.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, principles, and frameworks for all network and security domains.
• Own the end-to-end technical blueprint for network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and edge environments.
• Design and oversee zero-trust security models, threat mitigation strategies, and compliance controls aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technology evaluations to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into resilient, cost-effective network and security solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (SD-WAN, SASE, quantum-safe cryptography, etc.) and drive innovation within the architecture practice.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in enterprise network architecture, including routing, switching, wireless, and SDN.
• Proven experience designing and implementing security architectures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPN, endpoint security, SIEM).
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud designs.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and experience embedding compliance into architecture.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex, high-availability systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, TOGAF) strongly preferred.
