As a Food and Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences that go beyond simply serving meals. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while adhering to presentation standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with integrity.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant for service, including table arrangements and inventory checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter, server, or F&B service expert in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine, cocktails, and dietary accommodations.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid work authorization for Bahrain.
