Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources function in Algeria. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Lead compensation and benefits planning to ensure market competitiveness.
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
