What You'll Own

• Field Operations: Execute and supervise on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of oilfield equipment under real-world conditions.
• Technical Excellence: Ensure all equipment meets performance standards and safety regulations before, during, and after deployment.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Collect and analyze operational data to optimize performance and report findings to the engineering team.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in field procedures and propose innovative solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, rig crews, and support staff to deliver seamless project execution.

What You Bring

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Mindset: A hunger to learn, adaptability to shifting conditions, and a relentless focus on safety and quality.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles; hands-on lab or internship experience is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate across cultures and languages (English and Arabic fluency preferred).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel and work in various field locations across Algeria.
